The hotel is located off International Drive and is only two miles from Universal Studios and around 8 miles from Disney Parks. They offer free continental breakfast and free scheduled transportation to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Wet & Wild and Sea world. They do not offer any transportation to Disney Parks, however a shuttle company will transport them to the parks for around $8.00 per person roundtrip.
